This is a new page and idea I stole from my sister @ thehardypartyeats.org. She is my inspiration for most of my life. Especially our change to whole/nourishing foods. I want to remember my menus especially for this time next year so I can see what I did with all my seasonal vegetables.
Breakfast: Millet pancakes, fresh peaches, applesauce
Lunch: sautéed chard, mushrooms, and onions with Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Dinner: Baked Polenta with homemade Spaghetti Sauce ( I had it in the freezer.) Roasted cauliflower and Zucchini.
Breakfast: Banana Muffins, fruit
Lunch: Fried polenta with Spaghetti sauce & celery with PB ( Kids liked the polenta this way than last night.)
Dinner:Spatzle (German Noodles) with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese & veggies
Breakfast: Banana Muffins, pluots, watermelon
Lunch:(canning corn) peanut butter sandwiches
