I’ve wanted to put up a post about good fats and bad fats but just haven’t had time. There are a few websites out there that have already done the work for me. So I decided to just put a link and let you go read their post. Keeper of the Home is a great blog that discusses lots of things besides traditional foods but right now she is focusing on those foods.
